Middle/Middle+ Front-end Developer (React.js, Next.js/GatsbyJS) in Minimal Studio LLC

We’re looking for a Front-end Developer who:

• Knowledge and experience in asynchronous JavaScript programming, including promises and modules;
• Has deep experience and expertise in React.js, Next.js;
• Good experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS, LESS, or Stylus;
• Good experience working with servers, databases, and RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs;
• Familiarity and willingness to work with the React ecosystem and its associated libraries and tools;
• Ability to propose and implement efficient engineering and architecture solutions for front-end development projects;
• Proficiency in best coding practices and familiarity with development processes such as version control (e.g., Git) and code review;
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms, including optimization techniques for efficient code execution;
• Proficiency in JavaScript and preferably TypeScript, including modern ES6+ features and syntax;
• Experience with CSS/SASS modules for modular and maintainable styling, and familiarity with CSS-in-JS techniques;
• Experience with tools such as Webpack, Parcel, or Rollup for bundling and optimizing front-end assets;
• Ability to optimize and adapt UIs for responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes;
• Knowledge of techniques and tools for optimizing front-end performance, including code splitting, lazy loading, and caching;
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and the ability to address them effectively;
• Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks and practices, including unit testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing;
• Proficiency in debugging front-end applications, identifying and fixing issues promptly;
• Understanding of web accessibility principles and experience in implementing accessible UI components;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and configuration for automated builds, tests, and deployments;

Would be a bonus if you:

• Have experience in ReactNative;
• Have experience with web3 libraries and frameworks (web3.js, ethers.js etc);
• Has experience working with headless CMS;
• Experience in GraphQL (Apollo Client etc.);
• Experience writing utilitary bash scripts;
• Experience with CI/CD and configs for it;
• Unit/E2E tests writing skills;

Your job responsibilities would be:

• Translate wireframes and UI designs into pixel-perfect functional applications (pixel-perfect friendly designs, 3-5px tolerance);
• Collaborate with UI/UX team, product managers, and other stakeholders in delivering the ultimate user experience;
• Implement solutions together with the teammates;
• Develop efficient and reusable front-end systems & components;
• Optimize existing UI’s for responsiveness, performance, and scalability;
• Perform code reviews and engage in pair-programming sessions;
• Collaborate closely with other cross-functional team members;

Other requirements

• English level: Upper-intermediate or higher;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Program Engineering, or a related field is preferred;
• At least 3 years of experience in Front-End development;
• Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present solutions to clients and team members;
• Basic project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet project deadlines;
• Experience in leading projects and mentoring junior developers;
