Middle Media Buyer (In-App) in Vbet Ukraine

We are VBET Ukraine, a licensed bookmaker and organizer of gambling games, an official representative of the international brand VBET, which has been actively working on the Ukrainian market since 2020.

VBET Ukraine became the first company in Ukraine to receive all three licenses for conducting online gambling games from the Gambling Regulatory Commission and lottery.

We are currently looking for a talented Media Buyer (In-App Traffic) to join our team. If you are an experienced specialist in the field of advertising and have the skills to plan, launch and optimize In-App advertising campaigns - this is an opportunity for you!

What we expect from a future colleague:

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing In-App traffic or Mobile UA with confirmed ROAS/LTV results;
• Experience with 3+ In-App networks (AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource, Mintegral) and DSP (Moloco, Liftoff, Vungle). KPI;
• Experience in building dashboards;
• Anti-fraud settings;
• Experience in conducting A/B tests of creatives (video/Playable), analyzing reports on creatives, writing short briefs/scripts.

Key functions and responsibilities:

• Planning and launching In-App UA campaigns in networks / DSP: WWA, Unity, Moloco, Advertmobile, ironSource, etc.;
• Work with MMP (AppsFlyer): tracking settings, deep / deferred deep links, event validation, postbacks to partners;
• iOS & Android attribution: SKAdNetwork 4.x (conversion models, postbacks), ATT/IDFA, GAID, LAT, elimination of discrepancies between MMP and networks;
• Optimization for business goals (CPI/CPA/CPE/ROAS): bidding/waterfall management, whitelist/blacklist, frequency, caps, geo/device targets;
• Creative management: TK for static, video and playable creatives, A/B tests, performance analysis;
• Anti-fraud and traffic quality: integration of Protect360/ TrafficGuard/DoubleVerify, cutoff rules, work with bot patterns, duplicates, motivated traffic; 
• Remarketing / Retention: audience segmentation and flow optimization;
• Analytics and budgeting: daily P&L, cohort analysis (D1/D3/D7/D30), LTV/CAC, payback, media planning and budget rebalancing;
• Interaction with partners: negotiations with network account managers, test ads, QBR, launch of pilots of new formats and placements.
