About the company
Gift Workshop (MSP) - we create corporate gifts for the B2B segment. We are currently scaling and looking for a systems marketer to take control of all marketing activities and turn them into a sustainable lead generation machine.
Our site:Gift Workshop
Your mission:Coordinating the work of a targetologist, a PPC specialist, and a content manager. Production of TK and control.
Email marketing (Hands-on): channel construction from scratch (service selection, segmentation database, layout and launch of regular mailings).
Implementation of analytics: setting up end-to-end analytics and data collection in a single dashboard to track the customer journey to SQL.
Advertising and SEO Management: Meta/Google hypothesis generation Ads, TK production for SEO promotion and execution control.
Increasing the effectiveness of Event-marketing:development of the most effective plan for participation in professional events and content placement.
Content and Tone of Voice: Control of the availability of current assortment on the site, development of the ToV of the company and control and maintenance of the quality of content on all platforms.
Technical development of the site: forming a backlog of tasks for developers (loading speed, site conversion).
Budget: planning and optimization of the marketing budget, launch of content and webinar funnels.
Launching new funnels: Design and launch of content and webinar funnels and other system lead generation tools.
We expect:
Hard skills:
Experience in B2B marketing from 2 years.
Understanding the principles of Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO.
Ability to work with CRM systems and analytics.
Skills in working with email services (SendPulse, MailerLite, etc.).
Knowledge of basic metrics: Traffic, Leads, SQL, CPL, CTR.
Soft skills:
Systemic thinking and ability to work with numbers.
Direct and effective communication.
