Requirements:

• Ability to have regular business trips to Chernivtsi, Ukraine, and to the Netherlands.
• Proficiency (3+ years) in QA testing.
• Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Knowledge of different types of testing, including functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testing.
• Knowledge and experience with bug tracking tools, Agile/Scrum development methodologies, and API testing and tools like Postman or similar.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks, and performance testing tools and techniques.
• Understanding of database management systems and SQL queries.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across different locations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Otherwise said: the ability to identify, isolate, and report software defects effectively.
• Upper-Intermediate English level (both written and verbal) is required.

Nice to have:

• ISTQB certification or other relevant certifications in software testing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct various types of testing, including functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testing.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test data, and test reports.
• Participate in test plan reviews, requirement analysis, and sprint planning meetings.
• Identify and report software defects and issues using appropriate bug-tracking tools, and work closely with development teams to resolve them.
• Continuously improve testing processes and strategies by staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure effective communication and understanding of project requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across different countries, using communication and collaboration tools.
