Middle Manual QA Back-end in Ajax Systems

R&D, which consists of four departments: System, Device, Automation and QA, is responsible for the development of devices in Ajax. We are looking for a new Manual QA Back-end Engineer who will strengthen the Core server team. What is technically interesting about the vacancy? The server part is invisible to the end user , but critical for the vital activity of the entire system. We support more than a million simultaneous connections and that number is growing rapidly. We are constantly adding new functionality and increasing the stability of our cloud. Our team of developers is engaged in ensuring stable and uninterrupted operation of the server, optimizing its use and speed by improving the infrastructure, and QA - help to do this qualitatively. Necessary knowledge and skills: - 2+ years of experience in the position of MQA backend; - Thorough knowledge of client-server architecture; - Knowledge of monolithic and microservice architecture; - Knowledge of API and its testing methods; - Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL (MongoDB); - Basic knowledge of networks (network), Linux; - Root cause analysis (RCA) of bugs based on logs, logging systems ( Kibana);- Knowledge of STLC and its application in practice (building testing processes);- Ability to qualitatively analyze requirements (static testing) and decompose them into test documentation;- Writing all types of test documentation (Jira/TestRail);- Higher technical education preferred (can be a student of a higher education institution); - Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Intermediate. It will be a plus: - Understanding of metrics and experience working with DataDog, Grafana; - Performance testing (own scripts, Jmeter and others); - Proficiency in Python; - Experience working with BloomRPC, Kibana, Docker, AWS; - Understanding embedded systems.
