Middle Legal Counsel in N-iX

N-iX has come a long way and increased its presence in eight countries - Poland, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Sweden, Malta, the UK, the US, and Colombia.Currently we are looking for Legal Counsel to join our team.Functions: Permanent legal support in Client Legal Affairs Unit ( NDAs with potential clients, services agreements and clients'-related agreements under supervision, legal support in debt collection)Permanent legal support of contracting process with vendors including those governed by foreign law (foreign consultants, partnership agreements, office supplies, factors, insurance companies etc)Periodical legal support in human capital domain (development of templates overseas, preparation of documents according to existing templates, providing advice for HR specialists in employment and B2B cases)Periodical support in corporate matters of the group (incorporation, various state registers reporting in Ukraine and abroad, preparation of the documents for the boards and shareholders meetings, support in on-site inspections in Ukraine if any);Performing expert research and advise on specific legal issues and drafting analyses and studiesManaging external lawyers and any spend on external advice in a cost-effective and timely manner.Requirements:Bachelor or Master degree in Law from a reputable Ukrainian university, certificates from foreign law schools is a plus3+ years experience of practicing: in civil law, corporate law, business and contract law, labor law, international private lawExperience 1+ year in Client's Affairs domain of an IT company is a must (services agreements with the clients)Experience in reputable law firms is a plusB2 + level of English as well as Legal EnglishStrong negotiating skillsStrong analytical skills, attentiveness to details, service focus and proven ability to work efficiently with a big quantity of various projects meeting the deadlinesAbility to work efficiently independently or with minor supervision of seniors with other departments with positive colleagues' feedbackAbility for cross-functional teamworkAbility to think broadly about the business and to speak the language of the business.We offer:Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexibleA competitive salary and good compensation packagePersonalized career growthProfessional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more)Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharingEducation reimbursementMemorable anniversary presentsCorporate events and team buildingsOther location-specific benefits Show more Show less Посадовий рівеньSenior Secondary Level Employment Type Contract Employment Job Responsibilities Legal Sectors Technology, Information and Internet
