Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Law;
• experience in legal support of gaming/betting activity (high-risk companies) (2 years +);
• experience in incorporation and support of the activities of foreign companies, payment accounts opening abroad, obtaining licenses;
• knowledge of intellectual property legislation, data protection regulation, corporate, tax;
• experience of cooperation with state and controlling bodies;
• independence, initiative, scrupulousness at work, attention to details;
• strong experience in contract work (including license/IP agreements);
• ability to work in a team;
• fluent English (Upper Intermediate+, legal English)
• knowledge of IGaming-related issues is a must;
• Experience in working with company`s registration/incorporation/ maintenance/tax optimization and tax planning in various jurisdictions (Cyprus, Curacao, Romania, Brazil,  Peru, Mexico, South Africa etc.), analysis of the legislation of various jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

• legal support of the company’s activities in the sphere of IT (gaming/betting) (contractual work (including IP contracts), legal research, responses to written requests, obtaining permits/licenses, corporate relations);
• Drafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies and other legal documents;
  Research and analysis of potential legal risks in the company’s jurisdictions of operations;
• Legal support for the development of the company’s products and processes;
• Support for opening accounts in foreign jurisdictions;
• Representation of the company’s interests while cooperating with state bodies, organizations, enterprises, individuals, mainly foreign ones.

Work Conditions:

• Vacation: 22 working days per year.
