The Team & Your Role
You will work in a growing and evolving IT Recruitment team (almost 30 people) that consists of recruiters, sourcers, and recruitment operations specialists who help us move towards a data-driven approach.
We work on a big number of positions with different technical stacks, so you will strengthen your skills as a versatile professional.
Though we work from home, we stay in close communication with the team: run daily meetings, perform knowledge-sharing events, training, and team buildings.

Responsibilities
- Actively identify and source qualified IT candidates for open positions using diverse channels like LinkedIn, internal databases, job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant resources.
- Develop and implement advanced sourcing techniques (like Boolean search) to consistently build a robust pipeline of active IT candidates.
- Partner with Recruiters to gain a deep understanding of current and future IT talent needs.
- Work collaboratively to define effective search strategies that attract top IT talent for open positions.
- Make initial contact with potential IT candidates through various channels.
Assess candidate suitability based on the job requirements and route qualified candidates to the recruitment team.
- Conduct thorough CV screening to ensure candidates possess the necessary skills and experience for the open IT positions.
