Our ideal candidate:

  • has more than 2 years experience in IT recruiting;
  • love people and can’t imagine your life without communication;
  • has proven ability to source candidates through multiple channels, including social media, job boards, networking events and employee referrals;
  • has an experience in conducting comprehensive interviews and assessing candidates’ qualifications against job requirements;
  • has familiarity with any ATS and recruitment management software;
  • has ability to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational goals;
  • has experience collaborating with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their team’s specific talent needs;
  • knows what is time management and can prioritize multiple open positions while maintaining quality in hiring;
  • is a fast learner, can adapt to change;
  • has an excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • has analytical skills and attention to details.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • identify hiring needs, develop job descriptions;
  • create recruitment materials, post openings on platforms including social media;
  • maintain comprehensive candidate database;
  • source candidates via databases, social media;
  • conduct interviews, assess applicants promptly;
  • coordinate interviews, ensure efficient scheduling;
  • follow up on interview progress, maintain records;
  • implement HR recruitment best practices;
  • serve as candidate point of contact;
  • enhance company brand as employer;
  • contribute to broader HR projects.
