Your future responsibilities: —Full Life Cycle Recruitment: manage all aspects ofrecruiting ranging from sourcing best talent, conducting effective and insightful screening, coordinating the interview process, enduring strong candidate experience; —Work with Hiring Managers oneach phase and make communicational updates; —Find new external candidates tosupport the talent pipelines for targeted skills and functional areas; —Provide candidate assessments that drive effective decisions atthe interview; —Track all interviews, profile information, and interview results inthe company’s internal database; —Take part inthe development ofarecruitment strategy and participate injob fairs and other recruitment activities/events; —Present job offers and conduct offer negotiations with candidates.
