Requirements: • Legal education • Level ofEnglish— from Upper-intermediate • Atleast 1year ofexperience intheIT field • Experience inconcluding civil law contracts; • Experiense ofInvestigating and resolvingIP law issues Responsibilities: • Provide legal support for agroup ofinternational companies (USA, EUand Ukraine) • Draft, review and update legal documentation (including agreements, legal policies, standard terms, templates etc.) for clients from the USA, Europe and Asia • Ensure that law and regulation changes that affect the company are identified and advise onappropriate action inadvance • Review tender papers and agreements ondifferent platforms (Prozorro, UNOPS, SAM, OECD, etc)• Provide legal assistance with audits and obtaining ISO 27001certification. • Establish processes tocontrol private data inaccordance with GDPR • Analyze and consult inOpen source licenses • Investigate and resolveIP law issues • Review marketing compliance toavoid the legal disputes • Support software copyright registration • Represent legal-related lectures for employees and contractors Weoffer: • Remote work with aflexible working hours • Paid vacation: 20days per year • Paid sick-leave: 15days per year • Paternity leave • Compensation for English courses • Compensation for educational and sport activities • Compensation for psychologist • Internal lectures and knowledge sharing
