We are looking forMiddle JIRA Master, who will help to optimize processes and develop Jira as a key system of the company.

Our operations are based on Jira - the "nervous system" through which ideas, tasks and all service processes pass. We are looking for not just an administrator, but a system architect, optimizer and partner in solving problems.

This role provides a unique opportunity to influence how dozens of teams interact, track progress and create value. Whether it's redesigning an inefficient process, automating routine tasks or visualizing team performance, your work will be visible and important.

You will work directly with product teams, business stakeholders and developers to transform complex ideas into clear and transparent processes. And so — you will have the freedom to propose, test and implement new approaches to work.

What will you do?

• Develop and maintain workflows, scripts and custom fields.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and implement solutions.

• Create and maintain configuration and training for users needs.

• Evaluate and implement plugins and integrations from the Atlassian Marketplace.

• Develop the use of Jira and implement best practices in the company.

What do we expect from you?

• 2+ years of Jira administration experience. screens.

• Deep understanding of Jira Query Language (JQL).

• Experience in managing access rights, project roles." style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

  Ability to integrate Jira with other systems via REST API.

• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.

• Knowledge of ITIL or Agile approaches will be a plus.
