We are currently looking for an iOS Engineer to join the Promova team. The primary goal of this role is to build and maintain functionality to increase retention on the product. We need a developer with a business mindset who knows how to prioritize and initiate solutions that improve the application.

Promova is a language learning platform that consists of a mobile app, a website, group courses and individual lessons with tutors, as well as media and social networks. The application has already been downloaded more than 14 million times, and users have completed 35 million lessons with us. The goal of the team for the next 2 years is to occupy a top 5 position among online services for learning foreign languages. And over the next 5 years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots.

Your area of ​​influence:

• Participation in the design and maintenance of the functionality of the application, which is related to the retention of users on the product. Such as: My plan, Widgets, Live Activities, Push notifications;
• Use of UI/UX solutions in communication with the designer;
• Search and implementation of optimal technical solutions (quality / speed);
• Work and interaction in a strong, friendly team.

For this you will need:

• 2 years of development experience for IOS using Swift;
• Good knowledge of OOP, algorithms, data structures, functional programming, reactive programming;
• Experience with swift-composable-architecture (or Redux);
• Experience with SwiftUI;
• Experience with async/await and Combine (or RxSwift);
• Experience with complex animations and interfaces.
