Middle iOS Engineer in Headway

We have launched a new product - AddMile - a coaching platform that is part of the Headway educational product ecosystem.

Headway is an EdTech startup that creates microlearning products. It is included in the GSV 150 list of the most influential companies in the world transforming digital learning and specialist skills.

Also, a company in the list of Europe's 50 top startups with the highest potential to become a "unicorn" within two years, according to market research from GP Bullhound in 2023 and 2024.

The company was founded in 2019. In 5 years, it grew from 3 to over 250 people in the team and opened offices in Kyiv, Warsaw, Nicosia and London.

Headway products help 100+ million people around the world develop through laconic formats of educational content: samaras, courses, games, infographics.

Together with our Engineering Manager Artem Hrytsaenko, we are looking for an iOS engineer to join the team and will help us create and develop a native iOS application.

About the product:

AddMile is a coaching a platform for personal and professional development that helps people improve various areas of life with the help of coaching: to overcome crisis situations, cope with burnout, self-sabotage, increase productivity, define goals and create an action plan. The web version of the product is available to users from over 130 countries.

Stack: SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency, Firebase, Analytics.

What you will need to do:

• You will be fully responsible for the development of a new iOS application: building the architecture, writing the code, testing it and maintaining it.
• Improve user experience and application stability.
• Communicate with all cross-functional team members regarding ideation, hypothesis generation, design process and development of new application features.

• Help the team build a roadmap and influence product development with your decisions.

• You have 2+ years of experience as an iOS Software Engineer;
• You are confident using Swift, SwiftUI;
• You want to take responsibility and influence the product ;
• You are task-oriented without clear requirements in a fast-paced startup environment;
• You are motivated and strive to create a product that solves user problems in the best way;
• You share the values ​​of the team ;
• You know English at the Upper Intermediate level.
