SKILLS &EXPERIENCE: • law degree from areputable Ukrainian university, international LL.M degree isaplus; • excellent writing, editing, and research skills inEnglish, Ukrainian; • advanced English isamust; • 2 + years ofprofessional experience inIT, Corporate and International contract law (the main part ofthe work will beunder English andEU laws); • deep knowledge indrafting and architecture ofSoftware Development, License, Marketing, Advertising and Outsourcing (Outstaffing) Services Agreements; • adesire tobeworking for atruly challenging landscape and delve into areas oflaw which may not have previous precedents orlead onexamples; • must behighly motivated, aself-starter and keen totake responsibility and manage swiftly between demanding deadlines; • attention todetail, accuracy and care inafinal product; • confidentPC user (solid technical skills inMicrosoft Office Suite); KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • legal analyses and review ofvarious kinds ofagreements for day-to-day company operations; • drafting oftech and non-tech agreements; • providing legal opinions onrelated cases; • conducting negotiations and other legal support tointernational transactions; • conducting legal due diligence and preparing respective due diligence reports; • day-to-day legal support ofcompany’s business matters.
