Requirements &Skills —3years experience asHR inIT; —English— Upper Intermediate; —Experience ofworking asasourcer/recruiter intheIT industry; —Strong understanding oftheHR process: On-boarding, Adaptation, Performance Review, Off-boarding, etc.; —Ability tocommunicate effectively with all levels ofstaff; —Experience inbuilding and implementingHR processes and development ofHR tools; —Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; —Proficiency inHR software and data analysis tools; —Experience inaninternational environment will beaplus.
