I am looking for an assistant/partner, middle growth marketing specialist. Right now I'm the only one doing the promotion/marketing. I want to delegate part of the work, to start with 15-25 hours per week. Further, if everyone is comfortable, then we will expand cooperation.

Goal: to provide rapid growth in the number of target users of сonnect.net.ua using a combination of low-budget and highly effective marketing strategies.

Tasks:

1. Development and implementation of a growth marketing strategy.
2. Creation and implementation of marketing campaigns on different platforms.
3. Data analysis and optimization of marketing campaigns.
4. Cooperation with colleagues to achieve company goals.
5. Tracking and reporting on the results of marketing campaigns.

Potential areas of work:

1. Guerrilla Marketing:

• Development and implementation of creative, non-standard marketing campaigns with minimal costs.
• Using the urban environment, events and unexpected communication channels to draw attention to the service.
• Examples: stickers, chalk drawings, viral online campaigns, unusual partnerships.

• PR and media work:

• Writing and distributing press releases about news, project achievements.
• Organization of interviews and comments of the manager for the mass media.
• Building relationships with journalists and editors of specialized publications.

• Influencer marketing:

• Identifying bloggers and opinion leaders whose audience is interested in the topic of the Internet and technologies.
• Conducting joint campaigns, contests, service reviews.

• Content Marketing:

• Creating and promoting quality content to attract and retain users.
• Development of a content plan for a blog, YouTube channel, social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Filling with content: articles, videos, infographics, guides, surveys, contests.
• SEO-optimization of content to increase visibility in search engines.

• Affiliate Marketing:

• Development of an affiliate network with real estate sites, IT services, telecom sites.
• Integration of сonnect.net.ua widget on partner sites.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns and optimizing results.

• Forum Marketing:

• Identifying relevant forums and communities where Internet connectivity issues are discussed.
• Active participation in discussions, providing expert assistance and recommendations.
• Promotion of the Connect.net.ua service in an unobtrusive way.

• Telegram marketing:

• Promotion of Connect.net.ua in existing Telegram channels through the placement of advertisements, partner publications, participation in joint projects.

• Remarketingin social networks:

• Launching and setting up remarketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram to return users who have already visited the Connect.net.ua site, but did not take the targeted action.
• Using different advertising formats (banners, videos, carousels) and targeting different audience segments to increase the effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements:

1. Experience 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth and user acquisition.
2. Experience with growth marketing platforms and tools such as Facebook Ads, Instagram, Telegram, email marketing, A/B testing.
3. Experience working with influencers.
4. Understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
5. Experience in creating and implementing marketing campaigns aimed at growth.
6. Data analysis and reporting skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Experience in a dynamic start-up or rapidly growing company is preferred.

2. Increasing number of applications for connection to Internet providers.
