SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies under rules of the world of venture capital investments. Together with co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for a Graphic&Motion Designer who will make our brand communications better and more recognizable.

A little more about the Comms & PR team: this is a team that helps SKELAR build the No. 1 IT employer brand on the Ukrainian market. We come out with active communication, so interesting and large-scale challenges for our specialists are already along with the daily routine. Comms & PR team is small in size, but gets along with the most diverse challenges - from office rebranding to conferences for a thousand people.

What challenges await:

— Create creatives for our social networks. Despite stylistic restrictions, you will be able to implement completely different ideas (the only limitation here is common sense)
- You will be able to work with different visual formats, offer non-standard solutions even for routine tasks
- You will work with corporate style and the development of visual SKELAR languages ​​in different products (SMM, creatives for PR activities, corporate blog, presentations)
- We have the ability to try ourselves in different directions to increase our own expertise.
What is important for us:

- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe After Effects
- You can learn directly in the process of work and analyze the result
- Love edits as an invariable part of any design process that makes creatives better
- Can explain to a person who is far from the design why you used this particular color or why the text is placed right here
—Your hands are itching to fix the placement of an object that has moved by a pixel, and you want to "clean up" the text with extra spaces
—Experience in graphic design for a year and a half or more

— Ready to work in the office in Kyiv in a hybrid format

What is desirable for us:
— Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above
— Experience in creating creatives for social networks that were launched for promotion
—Work with branding and identity

In addition to businesses, we are developing our own charity fund SKELAR foundation, a project of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer and help our employees and their loved ones who are on the front lines. Less than a week passes from receiving an application for assistance to being sent to the front.
