Responsibilities : —Develop concepts and designs for graphic and social media marketing, occasionally print designs. —Participate inall aspects ofthe design process from ideation tofinal execution. —Think creatively and develop new design concepts, ideas, and layouts. —Share work early and often and seek out constructive feedback from others. —Care deeply about the quality and speed ofwork with adesire for improvement. —Collaborate with marketing managers and other designers. Create visual content and dynamic graphic for social media channels with them. —Understand and play off ofthe dynamics ofthe industry, hot topics, etc tocreate graphic. —Ability towork onadistributed, self-driven, proactive team. —Coordinate with other designers and videographers tocomplete the design task. Requirements : —2+years ofworking experience inGraphic Design, Branding and Identity Creation. —Adegree inavisual design-related field. —Highly proficient inAll mainstream design software, specifically Photoshop, AI, Sigma and any other relevant tool. —Able toadhere totight deadlines and changes. —Experience working with Teams tocreate compelling visual resources. —Detail-oriented and organized. —Competent communication skills inEnglish (written and verbal). —Team player and with aproactive work ethic. —Self-motivated, adaptable, quick, responsive. Preferred, but not required : —Experience inTechnology, Blockchain orCryptocurrency Marketing. —Experience inanimation and/or videography.
