What is important for us: commercial experience with: — Go; — OOP (basic principles, SOLID, GoF patterns, Clean code); — Relational DBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.); — Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc. );— Writing tests (unit, integration);— Microservice architecture;— Docker. It will be an advantage:— Ability to analyze logs, use monitoring systems;— Experience with gRPC or Apache Thrift;— Experience with practices: Test-driven Development (TDD ), Behavior-driven development (BDD);— Understanding, and even better, hands-on experience with Domain-driven Design (DDD);— Understanding how Kubernetes works;— Understanding how CI/CD works.
