Middle Go Developer (Code-Scan Platform) in Sigma Software

The project is to develop a unique cloud-based web application to scan code and analyze its vulnerabilities. This platform is used by developers, DevOps, and security teams. The platform supports 25+ coding and scripting languages.

Job Description

You will be a part of one of the R&D teams. Your main responsibilities are to work with requirements, prepare tech design, write code, cover it with tests (unit, integrational, E2E), and communicate with the product owners and other teams.

Responsibilities 

• Execute backed development for cloud-based web app;
• Collaboratively participate in workshops, tech design preparation, code reviews, Demo's;
• Proactively work in the cross-functional Agile team;
• Ability to learn new, and continuously improve personal knowledge & skills;
• Readiness to get new knowledge about the product;
• Create tech docs on Confluence;

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience using Golang;
• Preferable experience with, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Microservices Architecture;
• Experience in AWS Cloud Services, SAAS;
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests;
• Jira, Confluence practical usage;
• Understanding the main estimates practices; 
• Experience in ReactJS and TypeScript will be a plus;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical discipline is a plus;
