Middle Game Designer in 24Play

24PLAY is a Ukrainian product studio, we have been creating mobile games since 2019. Over 40 million satisfied players play our games: Street Dude, Merge Anything, Crazy Tire. We are currently looking for a full-time Game designer for our comfortable office (Beresteiska). What are the tasks: - Development ideas: Generating original and exciting game ideas for mobile games of all difficulty levels (from hybrid casual to Casual and Midcore).- Design: creating gameplay, levels, and mechanics that will inspire players.- Documentation creation: Development of detailed game documents, pitches and presentations that describe game and economic systems, game rules, monetization systems, and other important product elements.- Team Interaction: Work collaboratively with developers, artists, and other team members to successfully integrate gameplay and ensure high product quality.- Analysis and Optimization: Work with analytics systems, identifying problems and proposing changes to ensure a better gameplay experience. From candidates for this position, we expect: - English language: English level B2 or higher. - Experience in game design: Experience working as a Game Designer in mobile games. - Creativity : The ability to find non-standard and interesting solutions that make our games unique.- Market knowledge: Understanding of the mobile game market and popular mechanics, as well as the desire to implement innovative solutions.- Teamwork: Willingness to cooperate with other team members.- Analytical skills: Basic understanding of methods of data analysis of game metrics, organization of information, and creation of reports. Will be a plus: - Knowledge of Figma for effective collaboration and visual documentation. - Knowledge of Unity game engine. - Experience of conducting A/B testing to optimize game functions and mechanics. - Ability independently work with analytical systems (eg Amplitude, Firebase, GameAnalytics).- Experience or skills in game balance.- Experience in narrative and level design.
