Electron application for online auctions

Project description:

The application is an add-on for large online auctions, allowing users to bid and track each bid and lot using a single account. It operates in real-time and has its registered users. Each user acts as a manager within their company, using a single company account per auction. The primary business objective is to monitor each registered user’s (manager’s) behavior during auctions to understand their KPIs better.

Requirements:

• Node.js development (at least 3 years)
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Familiar with MongoDB and Socket.io
• Expirience in React.js
• Knowledge of FeathersJS or similar

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Electron
• Experience with CI/CD
• Worked in the Transportation and Logistics domain

Responsibilities:

• Development of the Backend part with Node.js (FeathersJS);
• API implementation;
• Improvement of existing modules;
• Development of the Frontend part with React.js (Electron);
• Direct communication with the development team and customers;
• Participation in sprint planning and task evaluation.

Working conditions:
