Project overview ( USA ) : Dating product mobile app for long-term relationships. Tinder-like app projects. Team Size: 4Software Engineers (Ukraine). Interview Stages: 1) HRInterview— upto40minutes 2) Technical Interview— upto1.5 hours 3) Final Interview— 15minutes Ifyou possess the following experience and skills, you would beanexcellent fit for our team: —Experience inNode.js and React Native development more than 3years (Proven experience indeveloping and shipping successful mobile applications (iOS and Android) with afocus ondating/social networking apps); —Knowledge ofmachine learning techniques for recommendation systems and matchmaking algorithms; —Proficiency inprogramming languages: JavaScript, TypeScript; —Strong Git knowledge (Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).) ; —Knowledge ofAzure/AWS;  —Upper-Intermediate English;  —Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability toanalyze complex issues and propose effective solutions;  —Effective team collaboration, working well with developers, designers, project managers, and clients;  —Excellent communication skills, both within the team and with clients orstakeholders. Your responsibilities will include the following tasks within your workflow: —Building aproduct mobile app; —Managing other developers; —New features development within aproduct; —Collaboration with designer todesign and implement intuitive, easy-to-use web-based user interfaces; —Contribute torequirements gathering and analysis; —Bug fixing ofnewly developed features; —Cover the features with the tests; —Resolving technical problems asthey arise; —Develop documentation throughout the SDLC; —Managing the project architecture; —Writing code; —Code-review; —CI/CDprocessing; —Collaboration with Project manager incommunication with client; —Writing the documentation; —Managing and supporting project codebase onthe Git repositories and infrastructure onthe Azure/ AWS; —Attend meetings with the Customer. Desired (but not required) Experience : —Experience inthe development ofdating apps will beasignificant advantage; —GitHub account with open-source contributions todating/Tinder-like app projects orrelated social networking apps.
