We need a tech stack: JS TypeScript React Markup CI CD NodeJS NestJS Database RestFullApi Design and microservice architecture Functional tasks: Use of modern technological solutions to build a CRM Full integration of the platform with the CRM system to facilitate effective data management. Development and support of CRM system functionality using both frontend and backend technologies. Creation and optimization of databases for storing information about customers, contacts, deals, etc. Implementation of integrations with other systems and services, such as e-mail, payment gateways, social networks, etc. Analysis of user requirements and development of new functionality of the CRM system. Ensuring security and protection of user data in the CRM system.
