Purpose Of The JobCandidate location — Ukraine only! We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer with a strong background in Next.js to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on development experience, focusing on designing and implementing high-quality user interfaces and experiences. As a UI/UX Developer, you will work closely with three other skilled developers to create intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing web applications.Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain user interfaces using Next.js.Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features and enhancements.Ensure the responsiveness, performance, and accessibility of web applications.Create and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design ideas.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, UI/UX trends, and best practices, incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Education, Skills And Experience MUST HAVE:3+ years of hands-on development experience in UI/UX development.Proficient in Next.js with a strong understanding of its framework, libraries, and tools.Extensive experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards.Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Would Be a PlusExperience with other front-end frameworks and libraries such as React.js.Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with front-end testing frameworks and tools.
