Serving a diverse range of tech-savvy customers, our capabilities extend from security implementations and on-prem migration to AWS Cloud, to the provision of 24/7 NOC services.We're looking for a FinOps Analyst to join our team in Lviv and help us create leading-edge technology solutions for our customers.ResponsibilitiesBe a first point of contact for Automat-it customers regarding their AWS billing and consumption dataWork closely with Automat-it customers to help them understand, monitor and analyze their cloud consumption dataSuggest cost optimization opportunities in customers’ environments, implement or supervise the implementation of the recommendationsCreate and manage data alerts and budgets based on data models to identify anomalies in cloud spendCreate and deliver ad-hoc reports and dashboardsOnboard new customers to Automat-it servicesMake an impact on internal FinOps tool developmentRequirementsExperience working with public cloud environments, preferably AWSUnderstanding of cloud services, architectures, and tools, preferably AWSUnderstanding of cloud billing structure and various payment models (e.g. PAYG vs. Reserved)Fluent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to analyze various volumes of data and generate meaningful insightsAbility to translate reporting into actionable recommendationsCustomer orientation value and strong communication skillsTechnical orientation, a great desire to learn new technologies, and the ability to learn fastBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, finances, or operations research - advantageWorking experience with cost management tools, such as CloudHealth or Anodot - advantagePractical experience in FinOps or similar cloud-related roles - advantageCloud/FinOps certifications - advantageAutomat-it is committed to fostering a workplace that promotes equal opportunities for all.
