Middle Finance Specialist (Poland based) in NextChallenge

We are looking for a strong professional to support business operations from the finance side.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing a company P&L on a monthly basis;
• Preparing data for tax purposes;
• Cash management of payment systems and bank accounts;
• Checking and accepting cost invoices for current operations;
• Settlement of company liabilities;
• Reconciliation of payment systems and bank transactions;
• Preparing budgets and forecasts;
• Improving and automatizing internal accounting processes;
• Producing Ad Hoc reports when necessary.

Ideal profile for the position:

• Relevant working experience in finance or accounting – no less than 2 years;
• Confident knowledge in Accounting and Financial Reporting;
• Advanced Excel user;
• Polish - fluent;
• English – upper intermediate and higher;
• Ability to learn quickly and to work within deadlines in a challenging environment;
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Interest in sports events would be a plus.
