You will:

● Plan sports events for the year, organize them from A to Z;
● Lead the process of signing contracts and making payments with external contractors of the Finance and Legal departments;
● Monitor all internal events (team building, sports groups, holidays, Night Talks);
● Organize greetings and gifts for employees and partners;
● Prepare a report video about the results of the year;
● Organize trips within the framework of appflame camp (generation of ideas, reservations, contracts, payments);
● Make greetings with holidays and events in the internal chat (postcards - layout development, printing, their timely dispatch);
● Assist in the organization of corporate events.

From you:

● Confident command of MS Office;
● Experience working with documents: estimates, invoices, contracts and reports;
● Competent oral and written language - Ukrainian and English;
● Basic skills of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Keynote, PowerPoint;
● Responsibility, attention to detail, friendliness.

Will be a plus:

● Experience in organizing events for 300+ people.
