Our main focus is B2B services and technological solutions for clients from all over the world. And yes, maintaining a legal and transparent Ukrainian market is a must-have, so we were the third in the country to receive a B2B license to provide gambling services.

We are expanding our dream team and looking for Middle Event Manager.

✅ Your future tasks:

• organization and conducting of internal events: team building, corporate events, lectures, master classes;
• creation of the event concept, budgeting, presentation and visualization development;
• project management: Management stages of the event, from concept and budget development to program planning, location and coordination of preparatory activities;
• budgeting and financial control: development of the budget for events, control over expenses and financial reporting;
• search and communication with contractors: organizing cooperation with service providers and locations and securing the most favorable conditions. Control of signing contracts, making payments;
• development of new events in the company's areas;
• development of corporate gifts, merch;
• corporate greetings.

💪 Your skills:

• work experience of 2 years or more with similar functionality;
• experience of organizing online events;< /li>
• experience in organizing events abroad;
• readiness for business trips if necessary;
• project management skills - the ability to effectively plan, manage and implement projects taking into account resources, deadlines and goals ;
• ability to use Google Drive (Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, Forms) and Zoom, Google Meet; platforms for conducting online events;
• knowledge of English - Upper-Intermediate (B2) +
• flexibility;
• excellent communication skills - the ability to establish relationships easily, to explain clearly thoughts, understand people and communicate effectively;
• initiative and proactivity: the ability and desire to offer your ideas for improving processes;
• risk management - The ability to identify and minimize risks during the organization of an event;< /li>
• leadership - The ability to manage a team and contractors, ensuring effective work;
• creativity - The ability to generate creative ideas for events, making them unique and exciting;
• multitasking - The ability effectively perform several tasks at the same time and prioritize them.

🤞 Desirable, but not critical:

• experience with Jira, Slack , Confluence, HiBob;
• work experience in an IT company;
• experience in organizing events for 300+ participants offline&online.
