Middle Event Designer (Ekonomika+ events) in EKONOMIKA

• conferences, forums, meetings of opinion leadersawards, panel discussions

  Main responsibilities
  1. Digital event materials

  • banners for the Ekonomika.ua website and event landing pages
    

  • promo post design (FB/IG/LinkedIn)
    

  • Google Display / social media formats
    

  • visual adaptations for dozens of formats (format "factory")
    

  2. Visuals for the stage and LED screens

  • static compositions for screensavers
    

  • screens "speaker", "partners", "pause/start"
    

  • background graphics for performances
    

  • frames for further animation by the motion designer
    

  3. Offline media

  • roll-ups
    

  • posters
    

  • brand walls
    

  • boards and printed materials(taking into account the actual parameters: bleed, font-weight: 400; text-decoration: none">4. Presentation materials

    • premium Keynote/Google Slides
      

    • span style="font-weight: none">font-style: 400; text-decoration: none">title slides of the program5. Identity of events

      • participation in creating or adapting the visual style of events
        

      • work with a light business aesthetic (women, leadership, development, business community)
        

      Requirements

      Technical:

      • none>Photoshop>font-style="font-weight: none">Illustrator normal; text-decoration: none">
        

      • Figma is a plus
        

      • understanding LED formats (16:9, 21:9, non-standard proportions)
        

      • experience in creating banners, posters, stage visuals
        

      • work with large resolutions (4K)
        

      Composite:

      • a sense of focus, light, air and balance
        

      • ability to work with premium styling
        

      • clean, structured compositions without overload
        

      Experience:

      • 2-4+ years in event / presentation / premium promo design
        

      • mandatory portfolio withreal events, presentations or stage graphics
        

      • experience in corporate / business events is a big plus
        

      Would be an advantage

      • experience working with motion designers
        

      • event styling experience (conference identity)
        

      • understanding the visual tonality of women's business projects
        

      • work with major international or national events
