What tasks will need to be tackled?
- Strategize for Success: Developing and implementing a strategy to increase revenue for our manual email campaigns, turning ideas into effective results.
- Automate for Efficiency: Creating and improving automated workflows that improve the customer journey, ensuring flawless and personalized experience.
- Drive Channel Growth: Development and implementation of a strategy to increase the share of revenue from the email channel, positioning it as a key factor for business success.
- < strong>Engage & Retain: Activate and engage our user base with targeted, engaging email content that keeps them connected and loyal to our brand.
- Innovate & Create : Development of new email templates that resonate with our audience and meet our marketing goals.
- Own Your Channel: Full responsibility for our direct marketing channels, managing the strategy, implementation and optimization with autonomy and confidence.
- Analyze & Optimize: Continuous analysis of campaign performance, gaining actionable insights to refine and improve future email marketing efforts.
< li>Ensure Deliverability: Building a reliable email infrastructure that maximizes deliverability so that our messages reach the right mailboxes at the right time.- Revenue Focused: Earning income through strategic email campaigns, having a clear plan to multiply profits and ensure sustainable growth.
What do we expect from you?
- English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
- Industry Experience: 2+ years of experience as a CRM/Retention Manager, particularly in the iGaming niche.
- Customer Lifecycle Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the customer journey in iGaming (required) and familiarity with affiliate marketing ( will be a plus).
- Data Analytics: Ability to analyze performance and product metrics for decision making.
- A/B Testing: Significant experience in designing and executing A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
- Manual Campaigns: Strong expertise in planning, implementation and optimizationmanual email campaigns.
- Domain Warm-Up: Proven experience of warming up new domains and setting up the necessary infrastructure for successful email marketing.
- Cold Emailing : Experience in developing and executing cold B2C email strategies.
- Email Deliverability: Deep understanding of email deliverability best practices, with a focus on maximizing success rates, especially with Gmail.
- Automation: Skills in creating automated email campaigns based on CRM events to increase user engagement.
- User Activation: Expertise in user activation and reactivation strategies through targeted email initiatives.
- Template Creation: Ability to create email templates using drag-and-drop tools for flawless design and deployment.
