Middle E-mail Marketing Manager in Upstars

We are expanding our dream team and are looking for a Middle Email Marketing Manager.

✅ Your future tasks:

• management of e-mail product communications (implementation of strategy and marketing plan);
• work with other direct communication channels (sms, web-push, on-site notifications, in-app notifications, messengers);
• development and implementation of omnichannel communications on projects, as well as trigger omnichannel communications , including sending email, on site push and sms;
• automation of regular campaigns, including ordering content and sending via communication channels email, on site push and sms);
• implementation of A/B -testing: organization, optimization, analysis;
• work with content: setting tasks for design and copywriting, layout and coordination of templates;
• analytics and optimization of existing communications based on channel metrics;< /li>
• implementation of strategies to increase the relevant subscription base and communications coverage;
• work with channel reputation, research and control of domain reputation, improvement of indicators, search for solutions to emerging issues;
• drawing up documentation on the product communication map;
• providing reports based on the work performed.

💪Your skills:

• knowledge and experience of working with ESP platforms (FastTrack, Smartsender, customerio, klavyo, e-sputnik, etc.);
• experience of working with channel reputation, knowledge of key metric;
• experience of conducting A/B tests;
• experience of working with such tools:
• direct communications platforms (SMS, web-push, on-site notifications );
• HTML/CSS, email frameworks (amp for email, mjml, etc.);
• Web analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, etc.);
< li>task management platforms (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.);
• design tools (Figma).
