Modoza.com is a leading fashion e-commerce project where we combine modern fashion trends with technology to create a unique online shopping experience. We are currently looking for a talentedMiddle E-mail Marketing Manager to join our team to develop and improve our customer communication channels.

Your future tasks:

• Management of e-mail communications of the brand: implementation of the strategy and implementation of the marketing plan.
• Working with additional communication channels: SMS, web-push, on-site and in -app notifications, messengers.
• Development of omnichannel communications, including trigger campaigns: email, on-site pushes, SMS.
• Automation of regular campaigns: from content creation to sending through various communication channels .
• Implementation of A/B testing: organization, optimization, analysis of results.
• Working with content: setting tasks for design and copywriting, layout and coordination of templates.
• li>Analytics and optimization of existing communications based on channel metrics.
• Increasing the subscriber base and communication coverage.
• Channel reputation management: research and control of domain reputation, solving possible problems.

• Keeping documentation and providing reports based on the work performed.

Your skills:

• Experience with ESP- platforms (for example, Klaviyo, eSputnik).
• Experience in channel reputation management and knowledge of key metrics.
• Experience in conducting A/B tests.
• Experience in working with direct communication tools (SMS, web-push, on-site notifications).
• Skills in working with HTML/CSS, email frameworks (AMP for email, MJML).
• Experience in using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude).
• Knowledge of task management platforms (Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Skills in working with design tools (Figma).
