Your areas of responsibility in this position:
1. Professional knowledge and expertise
— Understanding of key digital terminology and performance metrics: CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, Reach, Frequency, Viewability, VTR, etc.
— Understanding of advertising inventory purchasing models: CPM / CPC / CPA.
— Basic understanding of digital placement formats and channels: Display, Video, Native, Programmatic, Social, Search, influencer placement.
— Understanding of principles planning and procurement of biddable inventory (at the basic level).
— Knowledge of the digital ecosystem of the Ukrainian market: key players, media groups, sales houses, platforms and the specifics of local inventory.

2. Work with contractors and platforms
— Interaction with local and international contractors (platforms, sales houses, technology partners).
— Communication with representatives of advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, DV360, etc.) and local media partners.
— Request, analysis and comparison of commercial offers from contractors.
— Participation in negotiations regarding placement conditions, bonuses, special projects and of added value.
— Monitoring of the market, new tools, formats and opportunities.

3. Analytics and working with data
— Analytical processing of contractors' proposals: evaluation of cost, efficiency and responseunity of KPIs and the client's business goals.
— Comparison of alternative accommodation options and preparation of recommendations for teams and clients.
— Participation in tenders and preparation of the purchasing part of proposals.
— Confident work with Excel: formulas, summary tables, budgets, analysis of indicators, comparative tables.
— Preparation and participation in the creation of PowerPoint presentations (media plans, comparisons, conclusions, recommendations).

4. Interaction with internal teams
— Cooperation with account teams, strategists, planners and analysts.
— Consulting teams on the possibilities of digital placements, inventory and formats.

5. Document flow and internal processes
—Participation in document flow: contracts, invoices, acts, additional agreements.
— Interaction with the legal and financial departments of the holding within the scope of their tasks.
— Control of compliance of commercial terms with the internal rules of the company.
— Support of correct financial and operational support of placements.

  • you work confidently with Excel and PowerPoint (tables, budgets, analytics, presentations);

  • you understand the principles of media planning and purchasing advertising;

  • you have a basic understanding of programmatic purchasing and DSP work.
