Our client, MacPaw , is a software company that develops and distributes software for macOS and iOS. Their products have more than 30 million users worldwide.

MacPaw looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join one of MacPaw’s biggest products — Setapp.

Setapp is a subscription-based app service for macOS and iOS. It provides access to 240+ Mac and iOS apps for daily tasks covering productivity, lifestyle, web development, Mac maintenance, creativity, writing, education, and personal finance.

The Digital Advertising Specialist will be a part of the Marketing Operation team. Reporting to the Acquisition Marketing Manager, this position will be responsible for digital advertising campaign planning and execution, including strategy development, media planning and budgeting, campaign setup, reporting, and optimization.

In this role, you will:

• Manage advertising campaigns (primarily focused on Google Ads search campaigns) in order to reach product goals aligned with marketing strategy.
• Create and manage ad campaigns according to channel strategy to reach product goals.
• Determine ways of addressing ad to target audience (targeting methods, content of ad material) in order to increase campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor metrics of ad campaigns to identify deviations and timely implement adjustments to ensure goals achievement and campaigns effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reporting on campaign performance.
• Maintain relationships with external partners, participate in negotiations, discuss cooperation terms, organize contract signing and payment processes.
• Keep abreast of emerging advertising market trends to increase the channels’ efficiency and upgrade ad tools if needed.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 2+ years experience in digital advertising marketing, particularly in managing Google Ads search campaigns.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Solid knowledge of other paid channels/campaign types, such as Facebook Ads, Google Display Network, Google Shopping Campaigns, etc.
• Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate useful reports that inform decision-making.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Google Sheets is an option).
• Strong experience with analytics and tracking tools, proficient in Google Analytics.
• Experience in hypothesis validation and running A/B tests.
• A great mix of creative and analytical thinking.
• A sense of ownership, ability to self-manage, and great communication skill.

As a plus:

• Hands-on experience with growth hacking techniques and a demonstrated history of growth success.
• Mobile trafficacquisition experience.
• Successful English copy-testing experience.
• SaaS niche experience.
