Our client, CybeReady, is a well-funded and self-sufficient Israeli startup. CybeReady offers a cutting-edge Security Awareness Training Platform that combines sophisticated phishing simulations, user-tailored training and AI models to ensure corporate cybersecurity resilience in the world’s most vulnerable cyber attack surface — the employees themselves.

The position

We are looking for a  mid-level DevOPs engineer to manage and evolve our cutting-edge public cloud infrastructure, reporting directly to the VP of R&D. As a member of a small team responsible for the entire DevOPs area in a small startup company, a great deal of independence, creativity, and responsibility is expected.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ongoing maintenance and evolution of the company’s entire AWS infrastructure, extensively using many different AWS products and working closely with R&D and Product teams.

• Work with company CISO and security team to patch vulnerabilities, keep the infrastructure updated, and the company compliant with ISO270001 and SOC2 Type2 certifications.

• Actively participate in research and constantly learn the latest technologies, practices, and industry trends in an agile and innovation-centered environment.

Requirements

• AWS ecosystem — deep knowledge and proven experience of at least 2 years.

• Proficiency in Linux operating system, bash and internals — experience of at least 2 years.

• Knowledge of security aspects and best practices — separation of duties, secure infrastructure and software development cycle, monitoring and anomalies detection, zero trust, OWASP top 10, etc.

• Automation and CI/CD processes and tools—Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub Actions, or similar—at least one year’s experience is a must.

• Virtualization — Docker, ECS/ECR or similar, proficiency in EKS/Kubernetes+Helm is an advantage.

• Infrastructure as a code — proficiency in CloudFormation/Terraform and similar is an advantage.

Qualities

• Excellent spoken and written English, good humal skills, experience working in an international company is an advantage.

• Self-learner, ability to gain new skills and knowledge in a fast and efficient manner.
