Middle DevOps Engineer Kyiv Eurasia Fund, executor of the project "Support for digital transformation" (DTA), is looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer. Job description and qualification requirements: Purpose: The purpose of the project is to expand the capabilities of DPPROZORRO (hereinafter — the Enterprise) to ensure the effective functioning of the PROZORRO ITS and support and development of other information systems of the enterprise. Prozorro is a system of electronic public procurement that replaced paper tenders. "Everyone sees everything" is our main principle. Thanks to the reform, all public procurement was transferred online. The Prozorro reform is Ukraine's calling card in the world and an example of a real reform based on open data and modern IT solutions. Description of the position of the expert (functions): Participation in the support and administration of the PROZORRO ITS and other information systems of the Enterprise; Participation in the improvement of the PROZORRO ITS infrastructure, information systems of the Enterprise and network infrastructure; Support and improvement of CI/CD processes and cooperation with developers to maintain code quality and solve critical problems in productive systems; Participation in the processes of ensuring the security of PROZORRO ITS and information systems of the Enterprise; Responsibilities of the expert (together with the team of employees of the Enterprise and external specialists who support and administer the IT system "PROZORRO" and other information systems): Maintaining the system's performance: setting up and configuring software for responding to emergency situations (incidents) and their resolution; monitoring settings, tag alerting logging; backup settings; support of system and application software in current state; other routine work to ensure smooth operation of the system Improvement of infrastructure: analysis of ways and possibilities of optimization of systems and infrastructure components from the point of view of productivity, stability, observation, etc.; update of system components up to and including operating systems; documentation of changes; other types of technical administration work aimed at improving the infrastructure. Support for development and program code: configuration, implementation and support of CI/CD mechanisms; interaction with the development and testing teams on issues related to system operation, analysis and providing them with the necessary information; Support of development environments and testing together with developers, analysis of software code with the aim of searching for errors or parts of the code, the execution of which may lead to errors in the operation of systems; other types of support that may be needed during the development process. Ensuring security: management of security settings of information systems; participation in the investigation of information security incidents; participation in the identification and elimination of vulnerabilities of information systems; support of monitoring systems, information security, and other types of services necessary for the organization of safe functioning of systems. Prequalification requirements for an expert: 2+ years of experience as a DevOPS engineer; 3+ years of experience as a system administrator and in-depth knowledge of Linux. Experience with Kubernetes at the level of an administrator. Experience in database administration (MongoDB, MySQL) Experience with balancersand traffic (Nginx, HAProxy) Experience working with monitoring tools and log aggregators (Prometheus Stack, ELK Stack, Zabbix) Experience implementing CI/CD (Gitlab CI) Experience working with AWS Cloud Experience working with Ansible Ability to write scripts in Bash/Python Confident knowledge of the basics of the TCP/IP protocol IP and networks (Routing, Switching, NAT, VPN, DNS, etc.) Desirable understanding and experience in configuring network equipment and managing routing protocols, in particular BGP and OSPF Technologies used by VITS "PROZORRO" non-relational DBMS (CouchDB, MongoDB) relational (MySQL, MariaDB, InfluxDB) or analogues); object storage of SWIFT files (own, on-prem) monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, NetData, Grafana, Sentry); operating systems of the Red Hat Linux distribution family, such as CentOS or Fedora, Rocky Linux; balancers (Haproxy, Nginx); automated testing tools (Jenkins CI, Load Performance Testing) of the AAA and DNS systems (FreeIPA); virtualization systems: (VMware, KVM); Continuous Integration tools (Gitlab, Asnible, ArgoCD); services: Github, Slack security systems ElastiFlow, Wazuh, NAXSI, Teleport stack of the ELK family — Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) containerization systems tacking (Docker, Kubernetes) orchestration systems and infrastructure management (Terraform) cloud hosting services Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, Route53, ELB, WAF, CloudWatch, CloudFront, OpenSearch and others). means of cryptographic protection of information of Ukrainian manufacturers (Quant, CipherVPN) Atlassian JIRA and Confluence (support for such configuration) backup system (Veeam) network virtual infrastructure available vSRX and VyOS protection system against DDOS attacks Arbor The expert must meet the established qualification requirements, have an impeccable business reputation, appropriate professional experience and adhere to the principles of integrity.
