Middle DevOps Engineer in Growe

- Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process, facilitating faster and more reliable releases;

- Develop and support automation scripts for deployment, configuration management and monitoring;

- Implement robust monitoring and capture solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues while ensuring high availability and performance;

- Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices;

- Implement and maintain security best practices across infrastructure and applications, conduct regular security audits, and collaborate with the security team to remediate vulnerabilities;

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of deployment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures;

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to development and operations teams, ensuring effective resolution problems.

We need your professional experience:

- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps position;

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud and services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, DocDB, KMS, VPC, Route53, etc.;

- Ability to work with infrastructure in the form of coding tools such as like Terraform, Terragrunt;

- Hands-on experience with a CI/CD tool: GitLab CI;

- Scripting skills in languages ​​like Python, Bash or PowerShell will be a plus;< /p>

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes (AWS EKS);

- Solid understanding of networking, security and cloud computing concepts;

- Experience with relevant certifications (AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm) will be a plus;

- Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as prometheus, victoria-metrics, grafana, alertmanager, ELK stack;< /p>

- At least an intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
