Middle Development operations engineer in Derzhavniy Operator Tilu

We are looking for Middle DevOps in the newly created procurement agency under the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. As part of the Agency development project, effective and systematic processes and policies will be developed to ensure the stability of the institution.

Main duties:

• Administration, support and maintenance of information systems;
• Administration and maintenance of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure/Ukrainian data center);
• Deployment and maintenance of development environments and construction of a pipeline of continuous integration and code delivery (CI/CD) for applications;
• Analysis of software operation and system configuration;
• Monitoring of complex distributed systems with high load, infrastructure development planning;
• Finding performance problems and continuous cooperation with developers to solve critical problems in productive systems;
• Ensuring reliable data storage, defining procedures and methods of system testing;
• Development of methods of active monitoring of bandwidth, power and reliability of the system;
• Checking operational readiness for new and existing applications;
• Automation of operational processes , development and implementation of build, deployment and configuration management, troubleshooting;
• Maintenance of a structured knowledge base and documentation.

Basic requirements:< /p>

• 3+ years of experience as a system administrator;
• 2+ years of experience as a DevOps-engineer (SRE);
• Experience of working with productive high-load systems , their support and administration;
• Experience with VMware and Microsoft Azure virtualization;
• Knowledge of the principles of TCP/IP protocol and networks (Routing, Switching, NAT);
• Experience with CI/CD with the availability of several development environments;
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes;
• Experience with ELK Stack, vSRX, RabbitMQ, Redis, Memcached;
• Knowledge of SQL/noSQL databases (CouchDB, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL);
• Experience with LoadBalancing (HAProxy, Nginx);
• Operation administration? systems on CentOS, Ubuntu;
• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix);
• Ability to write Bash scripts;
• Work experience with Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Git.

Will be an added plus:

• Experience in administration and support of security solutions (DLP, NGFW, EDR|XDR, PAM, SIEM);
• Knowledge of administration and support of Microsoft solutions (Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange).
