LeanDNA provides a best practices platform that delivers an actionable supply chain management strategy for lean management, project tracking, and reporting that links projects to results. Lean Project Execution provides a standardized platform for driving lean improvement initiatives, communicating key project information, tracking actions, and reporting performance results. They provide visibility into lean initiative status and its impact on key performance indicators. The lean project tracking system generates web-based reports that are updated in real-time based on project progress. These reports are used in weekly and monthly project reviews, along with automated email alerts, to turn planning into real execution.

Qualifications and skills

• Ability to quickly grasp systems and business processes
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience in data pipeline engineering
• Strong understanding of data design principles
• Excellent communication skills
• 2+ years of experience as a data engineer, including working with databases and data pipelines
• Proven ability to effectively interface with customers
• Good understanding of supply chain processes (would be a plus)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and their IT teams to identify required data elements in diverse ERP systems
• Develop scalable data transformation functions that can be reused across customers using the same ERP systems
• Coordinate with product management to devise a rollout plan for integrating new features across all customers
