We are looking for a proficient Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, ideating and drafting dashboards, manipulating data, and translating requirements into compelling data visualizations. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to gather and clean data, construct coherent analyses, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
• Manipulate and transform data using SQL.
• Construct engaging and impactful data visualizations using Tableau.
• Analyze data using various tools and techniques to extract actionable insights and trends.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, and QA to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance against key metrics and objectives.
• Identify risks and issues proactively and develop mitigation strategies.
• Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

— Technical degree or a readiness to acquire new skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

— Proven proficiency as a BI, Data Analyst role across various industries for 3 to 5 years is preferred.

— Strong expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL and Tableau with the experience to create unique dashboards

— Experience building dashboards from scratch

— Experience creating sustainable reporting infrastructure by creating processes / procedures to make it easier to develop reports in the future.

— Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions is essential.

— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

— Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and methodologies.

— Experience using Jira or similar ticket management system.

— Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

— Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
