We are looking for a CRM Manager who knows how to turn data into effective communication campaigns, increase player LTV and optimize all communication channels in the gambling industry.
Requirements:
- Experience in the position of CRM/Retention Manager from 2 years, preferably in gambling.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English at B1 level;
- Deep understanding of segmentation principles;
- Ability to work with data and draw conclusions based on metrics;
- Confident experience in working with CRM / CDP systems;
- Experience with email builders (for example, Stripo). Knowledge of HTML/CSS, understanding of adaptive layout and the specifics of display in different e-mails and on different devices;
- Practical experience of formulating hypotheses, conducting tests and optimizing campaigns based on their results;
- Understanding the stages of the customer life cycle;
- Experience of working with aggregators of various types of communications (SMS / calls / Email).
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition / Retention / Reactivation of players through various communication channels and constant improvement of their indicators;
- Planning, development and implementation of Retention & Reactivation strategies. Improvement of conversions at all stages of the client funnel;
- Preparation and launch of communication channels, development of logic and communication strategies;
- Writing content, launch of campaigns and detailed analysis of their effectiveness;
- Design and configuration of automatic chains;
- Setting tasks for designers and quality control of their execution;
- Close cooperation and management of joint projects with other departments;
- Monitoring the delivery of letters, warming up IP/domains, tracking and improving the reputation of the sender;
- Analysis of key indicators of the effectiveness of communications, generating regular reports;
- Market monitoring and implementation of new effective solutions;
- Control of the communications budget.
