What you will do: ● Development of the creative process from scratch: generation of ideas, creation of creatives, testing and participation in scaling; ● Search for new ideas and creative concepts through the analysis of direct and direct competitors, team brainstorms; ● Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising materials, making suggestions for improving creatives; ● Search and preparation of briefs for content creators; ● Management of a team of remote designers: writing technical tasks, expanding the team, assigning tasks. You will need: ● Experience from 1 year in marketing, preferably in performance marketing; ● Willingness to take responsibility for the construction of creative processes with a positive result; ● Ability to search for new formats and ideas for creatives; ● Understanding how to set a technical task clearly and comprehensibly; ● Creativity, thinking outside of the box; ● Understanding the basics of purchasing traffic in Meta/TikTok; ● The level of English language proficiency is Upper Intermediate or higher. It will be a plus: ● Experience in building creative processes from scratch; ● Experience in performance marketing; ● Management of remote teams.
