Middle Computer Systems Engineer in Ajax Systems

We are looking for a specialist for the position of Middle Computer Systems Engineer

Main duties:

• Management, support and optimization of information and network systems, computer equipment and services in the organization.
• Providing technical support to users, including solving their requests and problems.
• Implementation and updating of new technologies and solutions that improve the productivity and efficiency of information systems.
• Interaction with other departments and teams to ensure best practices in the IT field and to solve joint tasks and projects.
• Monitoring the operation of systems, identifying and solving problems, using monitoring systems to detect anomalies.

Requirements:

• Understanding and experience working with various operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, as well as the ability to configure, update and manage them.
• Understanding the principles of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP and experience configuring and maintaining network services.
• Ability to use monitoring and analysis systems to detect anomalies and solve infrastructure problems.
• Understanding the concepts and components of cloud services such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Work methods and the rules of operation, repair, configuration, diagnostics and maintenance of computer and office equipment
• Knowledge of the principles and methods of information protection, including antivirus programs, firewalls, authentication systems and access control.

It will be a plus:

• Communication with software suppliers and techniques for technical support or equipment testing.
