- Experience in the field of C&B and/or performance management for 4 years or more
- Systemic knowledge in the field of compensation and benefits
- Practical skills of planning and analysis of FOP and personnel costs
- Knowledge of work evaluation methodology (KPIs, competencies, etc.)
- Knowledge of the Mercer grading system is desirable
- Developed analytical skills and the ability to convey the essence briefly
- Ability to work with large data sets
- Proficiency in Excel at an expert level (pivot tables, complex formulas, charts)< /li>
- Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation, regulatory and legislative acts in the field of labor organization, payment and personnel management
- Experience in writing regulatory documents
- Experience in optimizing and automating processes
- Knowledge of KZoT
- English language proficiency level – Intermediate/Upper Intermediate
