We are expanding our dream team and looking for Middle C&B Manager.

✅ Your future tasks:

• preparation and submission of data for participation in salary reviews;
• evaluation of positions using the market pricing method;
• analysis of the labor market, salaries and benefits;
• participation in the process of building salary forks;
• participation in the administration of the review process salaries;
• administration of benefits, social security payments, social benefits and others;
• participation in the automation of C&B processes;
• participation in the creation of analytical reports/dashboards;

• participation in the budgeting process (data preparation);
• writing policies and procedures;
• creating presentations upon request.

💪 < b>Your skills:

• knowledge of KF, EY methodology;
• ability to work with large amounts of information;
• excellent knowledge of excel ( complex formulas, functions, pivot tables). ;
• experience working with HiBob.
