- Strong knowledge of software development, database design, system integration, and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, PHP, etc. (no coding, only the difference understanding!).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Quality Assurance (QA) processes.
- Understanding of UI/UX basics (no doing design!).
- Proven experience in presales and discovery activities.
Experience:
- Proven track record in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management.
- Familiarity with techniques and tools of requirements modeling, including UML, BPMN, ERP, user stories, use cases, and BDD.
- Familiarity with API.

- Conduct impact analysis on any changes made to the project to ensure alignment with project scope and objectives.
- Identify and manage risks related to requirements.
- Articulate technical tasks to the team and ensure product quality through effective control measures.
