Responsibilities:

• analysis of existing business processes, best practices and EU standards in the domain;
• research and use of normative legal acts in the process of writing technical requirements;
• development of technical tasks and specifications;
• support for system development, implementation of ideas and product creation;
• holding meetings with interested parties to clarify the requirements for the information system;
• participation in the development of projects of regulatory and legal acts at the level of ideas needed for process reengineering;
• conducting presentations and coordination meetings for interested parties;

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business process analytics;
• SDLC understanding;
• experience in formulating high-level technical requirements for a software product;
• experience writing technical tasks for developers
• knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notations;
• the ability to communicate clearly and accurately, as well as effectively transfer knowledge;
• command of the English language at a level no lower than Intermediate;
• experience with Jira/Confluence;

Will be an advantage:

• technical background (development or automated testing experience)
• experience working with APIs and web services;
• process reengineering experience;
• experience of working with Cawemo
• experience of using interface modeling products (Axure, Figma)
• experience in communications with government bodies (clarification of requirements, conducting presentations )
• experience working with state digital tools (KEP, Diya, etc.)
