We are currently looking for a Middle Business Development Manager at Head Office Genesis. Our team is rebuilding systemic cooperation with all key partners of the Genesis ecosystem, including Apple, Amazon, Google, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok and dozens of other major technology companies, as well as seeking and opening new opportunities for the development of all ecosystem businesses. If you are not are afraid of responsibility, want to propose your ideas and implement them without bureaucracy, negotiate multi-million dollar budgets and manage large-scale projects, we offer you to become an integral part of our team. Our ideal candidate: speaks English at least at the Advanced level; has 2-3 years of experience work in Big-4, FMCG, law firms, account management, us, partnerships or related fields; has experience in successful project management or concluding agreements; multitasking and attentive to details, ready to take on diverse tasks and see them through from start to finish; has the desire learn and constantly develop, focusing on feedback. Your main tasks will be: maintaining and rebuilding long-term relationships with the largest technology companies in the world to meet business needs; regular calls, meetings, QBR, exchange of experience and feedback, solving blocking issues, organizing joint events with partners in the interests of all businesses of the Genesis ecosystem; regular communication with C-level stakeholders of Genesis (CEO, CMO, Head of Product, etc.), determination of the biggest priorities, blockers and opportunities for businesses of the ecosystem and their development; conducting "turnkey" negotiations, signing and regular review of agreements on commercial terms of cooperation with partners; market and partner research, creating and conducting presentations for Genesis teams and partners; collecting and processing feedback from ecosystem businesses regarding work with partners and the team's Business Development initiatives; contributing to the development solving the most critical tasks for the business (for example, opening credit lines, access to new opportunities, pilot projects and educational programs of partners, obtaining additional resources for Genesis business initiatives). management and process building stakeholder - you will work directly with the VP of Business Development and Senior Business Development Genesis managers and partners at the level of Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok; the opportunity to take responsibility and implement large-scale projects on a turnkey basis with the largest technological giants on the market regular reviewa set of cooperation conditions based on personal results and achievements; comfortable offices in Kyiv's Podil with reliable shelters and the availability of uninterrupted Internet, water supply and electricity.
